USCG EAGLE HAS FOREMAST WORK WITH RE-HABBED SPARS AND RIGGING INSTALLED
The USCG EAGLE, the pride of the US Coast Guard docked at Caddell to have her Foremast overhauled. The mast was stripped of spars and rigging and thoroughly inspected and repairs made where needed. Following repairs, the mast was repainted. The spars were rehabbed in Caddell's milling shop and re-installed on the Foremast. This unique project was an extensive undertaking involving many Caddell's tradesmen who continue to have knowledge of the workings of sailing ships and take pride in working on them. The EAGLE is just one example of the projects that Caddell has performed.
